Isabelle Robinson is a recent graduate of the MFA program at Oregon State University. Her work has been published in The New York Times, Business Insider, Swamp Ape Review, The Palisades Review, and Essay Daily, among others. She was OSU’s 2025 nominee for the AWP Intro Journals Project in Nonfiction. She teaches writing at several colleges and universities in the Willamette Valley.

Originally from South Florida, she is working on a collection of essays about the mass shooting at her high school from the safe distance of the Pacific Northwest. But one of these days, she’s finally going to write about boy bands.
